Situated near the Forest of Troncais, with its many lakes, La Platriere chambres d'hotes offers top-quality Bed & Breakfast, with the option of evening meals. Situated within 3 acres of garden with large swimming pool, petanque, childrens swings and play area, and pet goat pen, La Platriere promises to deliver the goods when it comes to a relaxing peaceful holiday, short break or overnight stop. The house has 5 bedrooms all offering stunning views of the gardens and the countryside beyond. Each bedroom has central heating, private shower ensuite, hospitality tray, and comfortable large beds. For families, we have our beautiful family suite, which has large King size double bed, two single beds and childs pine bed. For couples we have the Boathouse bedroom which has a King size double bed (and a childs pine bed) or the Crows Nest, which again has a king size double bed and also a single bed. In addition we have two bedrooms, the Rubens and Harrolds which both have two single beds. Guests can also use the Guest Lounge where an open log fire burns during the cooler months.

You'll receive a warm welcome from English owners, Andy and Jackie, and will be able to use the facilites at La Platriere such as the large outdoor pool etc. We also offer holidays with a theme, such as 2 or 3 day wine tours; 5 day chateaux tour; Christmas and New Year holiday packages; so you get chance to really relax and unwind and enjoy taking in the experience of traditional life in France. We can provide evening meals with advance notice.
