LA COUR is located in the quiet hamlet of Paimbu, just 1 Km from the village of Masserac. It offers two carefully converted barns and two pretty stone cottages. It is well situated for reaching the many beaches and attractions of the Loire Atlantique & Southern Brittany. We are approx 10 miles north east of the town of Redon which is about 30 miles south of the city of Rennes, (an easy drive from the ferry ports of St Malo, Cherbourg, Caen and Roscoff and the international airports at Nantes and Rennes).

Jasmine Cottage (sleeps 5) has an open plan living area with traditional log burner, DVD player and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. It has two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom sleeping three with a set of bunk beds and a single bed. The cottage also has a shower room. Jasmine Cottage has a private enclosed garden complete with BBQ and garden furniture. The Laundry Room offers free to use facilities including washing machine, irons and ironing boards. Free broadband (ADSL) wired Internet access is available in the laundry room. There is also a selection of bicycles from childs to adults for use free of charge.
