The Studio offers open plan accommodation, fully equipped and will sleep 2, with the possibility of a child sleeping on sofa bed.  Also bordered by its own river for fishing.

The Studio is fully equipped and furnished with its own patio and bar-b-que area.  Has a double bed, wardrobe and settee which can be used as an extra bed.  Table and chairs, electric hotplate, fridge, micro/grill, sink with plenty of plates, cutlery etc.  It also has a separate shower room with WC and sink.  TV, DVD and Sky. Outside it has its own bar-b-que area with patio, tables and chairs and loungers.  Access to the swimming pool via steps.

The town of Bain-de-Bretagne is a short drive away, holding a street market on Monday mornings.  With lots of small shops and restaurants, with lake for hiring pedeloes etc, and large supermarkets situated just out of the town area, Bain-de-Bretagne is a popular town to visit.

The market town of Chateaubriant is also a short drive away, holding its street market on Wednesday mornings.  Throughout both towns there are plenty of museums and other places of interest to visit.

Bed linen, tea towels, gas, electricity, water, toilet rolls, are all included in price.  Bikes, table tennis, garden badminton, childrens playarea, are all included free of charge.
