The Studio Cottage provides accommodation for two people plus baby if required, comprising: Mezzanine loft sleeping area. Downstairs is a spacious open plan living area, with modern kitchen, an additional double day bed and dining area.

Bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and WC.

A glazed door leads to a secluded little patio on the edge of the orchard. The studio also benefits from modern electric heating, which makes a cosy little all year round property. 

There is something for everyone at Resclen, plenty of space for children to play and quiet areas to simply unwind.

Dating from the sixteenth century, Resclen was originally a working Breton farm, and now has five beautifully converted cottages/gites, retaining oak beams and many other original features, which can sleep from 2 to 10 people.

Cot and highchair available free of charge.  Bed linen not included, but can be hired. Electricity extra, at cost, paid locally. Bottled gas included. Final clean available, payable locally. Tourist tax 20c per adult per day, payable locally.

Outside is a large heated figure of eight pool shared with the three cottages.

Facilities at Resclen include a laundry room, with separate shower and WC. Pétanque pitch, volleyball, badminton, football and a huge grass area where ball games are positively encouraged. There is also a separate shaded toddlers' area. 

There is a communal barbecue in the courtyard and individual barbecues on each cottage patio. Resclen is special in that it can provide accommodation for individual family groups, couples, families or friends holidaying together.

Resclen, situated in Southern Brittany, 20 miles north of Lorient, is ideally placed within easy reach of many historical sites and museums, forest trails for walking or cycling, lakes for swimming, boating and fishing, a number of fine golf courses and the many fine sandy beaches within easy driving distance. In July and August, Brittany erupts with fêtes and festivals, and from Resclen you can visit many of these wonderful events.

The local town of Le Faouët, 6 km away with a very fine medieval covered market, has a variety of restaurants and bars with regular live music events, shops, chemist and tourist office, and there is also an indoor heated swimming pool. Meslan is the nearest village, only 2.5 kms from the cottage and it has a supermarket, boulangerie, and the usual complement of village shops.
