The apartment consists of : a large sitting room of 35m² (377sqft), with parquet flooring and a bedroom area (queen size bed, with down-free bedding), TV, DVD player with dvds, telephone, (free calls to 70 countries) high speed internet with a desktop, a library, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini oven, 3gaz+1 electric hob, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster) breakfast provisions are provided for the guest to cook as well as first necessity food in the fridge on arrival, a bathroom with bath and toiletries. Separate toilet with basin. Air conditioning.

Churches, museums, markets, restaurants, parks, shops and cafés are all waiting for you. Beaune is 45km South and Vezelay 120km NW. 1h40 by train from Paris.

Have a walk to the covered food market (Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays)and go back to the flat to cook what you bought yourself like a Dijonnais. Taste the cheeses, bread, wines, delicatessen... Or enjoy a good meal from the restaurant around the corner!

Many cultural and gastronomic experiences are waiting for you (but not only.. golf clubs, aqua parcs, lakes, Dijon-Prenois circuit etc...)

Rates include bed and kitchen linens, final cleaning, heating, air conditioning, internet and calls to landlines in France and 70 countries, international channels (CNN, BBC World, Skynews....) and visitor tax.

From 85€ to 105€ (105€/night for 2 or 3 nights, 95€/night from 4 to7 nights, and 85€/night over 8 nights)

Terms & Conditions: A deposit payment of 25% of the total rental amount is due in personal check to secure the booking and given back upon arrival for cash. Lots of ATMs around.
