Our ground floor, one bedroom apartment has been designed to be suitable for all guests , including  those with limited mobility as the double doors and open plan interior make wheelchair access possible.

This gite offers comfortable self-contained accommodation for a couple or a cot can be added to make it suitable for those with a young baby. The double bedroom has an ensuite 'wet room' style of shower room.

The kitchen area has a gas cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker and shared laundry facilities are provided at the rear of the properties.

French windows lead out into the enclosed garden area (ideal if you wish to bring a well-behaved dog) where you can dine under the wisteria -covered pergola. Walk to the rear of Magnolia to use the 12 x 6 metre pool or socialise at the pool bar. Beyond the pool is the orchard and our meadow/woodland are: you are free to wander in our grounds if you wish.

 

This is the perfect location for a sightseeing or activity holiday, positioned between the Dordogne and Vezere rivers. The Vezere valley is renowned for its links to prehistory: it abounds with famous caves, and the National museum for pre-history is found in Les Eyzie (4 miles away). The Dordogne valley is known for the 'Bastide Chateaux' which are dotted along it's length. For those who like outdoor activities, there are many opportunities for canoeing, walking, fishing and riding.  The beautiful medieval town of Sarlat is 10 miles away.

Rental Conditions: 25% deposit required on booking with balance due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. A €150 or £ equivalent damage deposit is required on arrival. Pool towels are not provided. washing machine shared with other guests.Short breaks available out of main season. Pool open 1st May - 30th september.
