This delightful and spacious property is set in the lovely Dordogne countryside on the edge of the village of Beaupouyet.  It is a perfect rural retreat for up to eight people and sits in a large and private garden of approximately one acre with private swimming pool for sole use. It is set in a village with local Bar/Restaurant  and free Tennis Court, all within walking distance and in between the market towns of Mussidan and Montpon, both about ten minutes away by car.  Bergerac, Bordeaux, St Emillion, Perigueux and the Atlantic coast are all within easy reach by car or train.  Wine tasting, visiting chateaux, golf, canoeing, horse riding, fishing, go karting, bowling, eating out at lovely restaurants, walking and cycling are just a few of the activities that are at your finger tips.

This is a light and spacious house with all modern conveniences.  Accommodation consists of:

For a peaceful reading area there is a summer House and the entire property is surrounded by lawns.  For your entertainment there is also a Games Room with table tennis, Pool, Darts and Table top football.  We also supply tennis rackets for use of the village court and 4 bicycles in case you would like to explore the quiet country lanes by a more sedate method than driving!
