Garden Cottage is a recent
conversion. It is finished to a high standard and looks out onto its own private
garden. There is ample parking. The garden, which includes a large above ground
pool (fitted solar heating system), is delightful. Garden Cottage faces into the
lower garden and has its own attractive paved terrace with bright sunny
aspect.
The accommodation, which is finished to a high standard,

system (some UK programmes, BBC, Sky News etc.) and French TV, + VCR + DVD and a
video library with a selection of good films on both tape and
DVD.

Kitchen area with electric hob,

2 bedrooms - 1 with double bed and the
other with 2 singles.
The bathroom is attractively finished
with vanity unit, shower cubicle etc. All windows have wind down shutters which
enable windows to be left open on warm nights for comfort whilst providing
maximum security. Electric fans are provided.
Outside: Garden Cottage faces into
an attractive garden. Large Patio with
BBQ, sun chairs, patio table,
chairs and shade. Solar lighting to complete the ambiance for those dusk/evening
BBQ's. Large above ground pool
fitted with Solar Heating Panel - ladder fitted with
safety cover to stop access of small children

one can swim, windsurf, hire a boat or pedalo, Bergerac, St Emillion,

The great centres of
Bordeaux and Perigueux can be reached within the
hour.
Sainte Foy La Grande - Mediaeval town with colonnaded square, excellent restaurants
and bars. superb Saturday Market. Boat Trips &
Canoeing on the Dordogne river.
