Stairs from the lounge lead up to a double bedroom with shower en-suite.
From the dining area there are steps up to a double bedroom then up to a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
There is a private garden area , fully fenced pool (7x4mts) with floaties, cushioned loungers, BBQ table with parosol.

The village of St Estèphe, 1km, has a minimarket, post office, bakery, brocants, cafés, bars, general store. Le Grand Etang de St Estèphe has a beach, moored diving platform, boardwalks, picnic areas, cafés, bars, restaurant, children's activity area's (fenced) and in high season there is a lifeguard and free canoes/kayaks. Tennis court.
Horse riding 1.5kms, fishing/carp fishing may be arranged.

The town of Piégut, 5kms, has a huge Wednesday morning market, restaurants, cafés, supermarket & various shops, all facilities.
Nontron, 9 kms, has choice of large supermarkets, a good Saturday morning market, all facilities and there are historic buildings and the oldest knife factory in France.
Brantôme, the 'Venice of the Dordogne' is 1/2 hour by car. This beautiful historic town with it's centre in the river Dronne has a good Friday morning market, restaurants & cafés, caves & a château to visit. Take a boat trip around the town or canoe downriver to Bourdeilles (3hrs!) for lunch.
St Sornin winery, 25mins, tour & taste before you buy.
Angoulême, Limoges & Périgueux are major cities each with Roman 'hearts'. Lots to see & shop for.
Oradour-sur-Glane the living museum villge, a reminder of WW11.
Take a day out at the forest activity centre & climb into the tree tops. Tracks for all levels & ages at Les Acrobois.
