Rental Conditions: Normal changeover day is Saturday. The house will be ready for your arrival by 4pm. Please vacate the house by 10am on your departure day. A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking. The remaining 70% is payable 8 weeks before your departure date. A further £250 damage/loss deposit is required 2 weeks before you leave for your holiday. This will be refunded within 7-10 days after your departure unless any damge/loss has been reported. Payment may be made in sterling or (by prior arrangement)in euros by cheque or bank transfer.
