Excellent renovated gite located on the borders of Brittany and Pays De Loire.   Bordered by its own river for fishing.

La Pillerie is set in a rural location, not far from Bain de Bretagne.  Has extensive gardens with its own river. 

 

The Cottage will sleep up to 6 adults, 3 children and 1 baby in its 3 bedrooms and downstairs futon.  Again it is fully equipped and furnished.  There are 3 upstairs bedrooms; 1 with double and single bed, 1 with twin beds and the third with bunk beds suitable for children.  Cot is available on request.  On this floor there is a shower room with WC and sink.

Downstairs there is a large kitchen/diner, large family sized oven (gas) sink, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of storage cupboards.  Off the kitfchen is a downstairs shower room with walk-in shower, sink and WC.   The lounge has a futon which can be used as a double bed, settee and armchairs, log burner, TV with Sky and DVD player.  Outside, the Cottage has its own bar-b-que with table and chairs.  Access to the swimming pools.

All our properties are newly decorated and gas, electricity, toilet rolls, tea towels and bed linen  included in the price.  A welcome pack is supplied on arrival at no extra cost, bed linen is changed weekly.  On site there are 2 swimming pools, table tennis, garden badminton and bikes that you can explore the local countryside - all free of charge.
