The house is a typical 'maison de village' on three levels complete with terracotta floor tiles and exposed wooden beams.
The property is accessed through a beautifully shady and secluded private front courtyard with palm tree, leading to the kitchen/living area with a newly fitted kitchen featuring hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, ironingboard and all the usual crockery and utensils needed to make this a home away from home.
The living area has comfortable seating, satellite t.v., dvd and video player, selection of novels, movies and board games.
Upstairs on the first floor is a bright and spacious double bedroom with vanity sink unit and adjoining shower/wc room. On the top floor is the second bedroom which has three single beds, exposed roof beams and adjoining full bathroom.
Back downstairs, double French doors lead to a lovely spacious patio area shaded by colourful Oleander and leafy Fig trees, with all you need for alfresco dining including, of course, a barbeque. A gate from the patio leads on to the pool area with sunloungers and deck chairs for soaking up the sun on long sunny days.( Pool is open from mid May-mid Sept). Trains can occasionally be heard from local line.
