Situated high in the Piege hills, overlooking the vast and beautiful planes of the Lauragais you will find Les Roujoux.

This renovated farmhouse is still owned by the same welcoming French farming family who have worked this rolling landscape for generations. Time has not erased the beauty of this incredible countryside. The house is part of a farm which has all kinds of poultry and is surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields extending over 80 hectares.

Isolation, peace and relaxation guarenteed! Perfect for those who enjoy walking the hills, discover pathways, local fauna and wildlife.

The swimming pool (9x4.5) welcomes you, again with incredible views of the Mountagne Noire.

If you like golf the terrain at Les Roujoux is suitable for practicing – 9 holes just for fun. Bring your own clubs. The only neighbours are the owners.

Location

The little village of Laurac-le-Grand was at one time the capital of the region of Lauragais and has some interesting sights to offer: the village church, a ruined castle and parts of fortifications dating back to the 11th, 13th and 16th centuries. Magnificent views can be enjoyed from the 341 metre high “Pierre Levée”, enabling you to look out over 7 Départements.

The village baker visits us every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with freshly baked bread and croissant - delicious!

Rental Conditions: To reserve the property, the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with payment of the initial non refundable deposit (30% of the total rent due). Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, the owners will send a confirmation invoice and statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking. The balance of the rental along with the refundable breakages deposit (clause 5) is due not less than eight weeks prior to the start of the holiday unless late booking conditions have been agreed. Failure to pay the amount in full will constitute a cancellation of the holiday by the holidaymakers. Reminders are not issued. Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the holiday require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellation of the booking by the holiday maker should be made in writing. Refundable Breakages Deposit of 100 € for every week or part week of the rental period is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents.
