Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival, as is a security deposit of 300 euros which is returned after the end of the holiday subject to significant breakages or damage. Please ensure that you are fully covered by your travel insurance in the event of cancellation. From October to April thereis an additional charge of 60 € per week to cover central heating fuel costs
