After going through 1 security door one enters the lobby where another security door allows you to enter the building & go upstairs to the 3rd floor via the steps. Entering the foyer leads you directly to the living/dining room to your right or to the full kitchen & bedroom to your left.The 3 large windows in the living room facing east allow a wonderful daylight to drench the entire living room. The same thing applies to the bedroom & kitchen. The very contemporary living room is furnished with a double sleeping sofa, chairs, a coffee table, a dining table that’s large enough for 6 guests, a desk, a bookcase, & plenty of closet space, etc. To the left of the living room a door leads you to the bedroom with another window that also overlooks Les Invalides. There’s a very large full bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a shower, a sink & toilet.

LES INVALIDES apartment’s volume is of 48sqm² or close to 475sqf. It can very easily accommodate 4 guests.

Superb and excellent restaurants and cafés are plentiful in this part of Paris. The world renowned Rue Cler market is nearby as is Rue St Dominique both filled with shops such as hair salons, antiques, butchers, fishmongers, delicatessens, clothing shops and much more.

Also nearby is the Trocadéro Garden facing the Eiffel Tower which holds the Museum of Modern Art in Paris, as well as the Maritime Museum. In the opposite direction one will discover the École Militaire (Military School).

On an all inclusive weekly basis LES INVALIDES rents for 1.300.00€.

On a daily basis & for 5 to 6 days minimum LES INVALIDES rents on a weekly prorate.

For a minimum of 3 to 4 days we invoice on an all inclusive weekly prorate basis + 25%.

Above a week’s stay, we invoice the extra days on an all inclusive weekly prorate basis.
