Rental Conditions: MALESHERBES-MONCEAU rents for 1.850.00€ per week. For 5 or 6 days, MALESHERBES-MONCEAU rents on a weekly prorate. For only 3 or 4 days, we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%. For visits longer than one week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis. We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party-goers and troublemakers are not welcome. For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.
