Rental Conditions: On an all-inclusive weekly basis MONTPARNASSE DUPLEX rents for 1,950.00 €. For 5 or 6 days MONTPARNASSE DUPLEX rents on a weekly prorate. For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%. For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis. We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome. For more information or to make a reservation, please contact info@holidays-france-rentals.com. For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.
