2 kilometres from the typical village of Sallertaine, 13 kilometres from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts and close to the Island of Noirmoutier, you will cordially be welcomed within our Vendean property dating from the 19th century to the locality “la Maison Neuve”.

In a field of 4 hectares, bordered of ancient oaks, you will enjoy your stay without being disturbed, in a haven of peace and greenery.

The property will offer you an ideal framework to spend unforgettable holidays: lodgings entirely renovated and very comfortable with privative terrace and garden furniture, a protected and heated swimming pool (11*5m), external playground for your children.

During their recent restoration, we wanted to combine charm of old (antique terra cotta tiling, beams, old tiles) and contemporary furniture in order to combine modern comfort and authenticity of the houses.

Our two holiday cottages, can accomodate 5 persons for one and 2/4 persons for the other. This low capacity enables us to offer you an irreproachable quality of reception, respecting the peace of each one.
