Did you return from your holiday last year needing a holiday?  We offer a quiet, do nothing holiday with relaxing therapies available at a reasonable cost.

 With the emphasis on you we believe that a holiday should be about slowing down and recharging the batteries, that is why we also offer relaxing therapies.

Fully equipped studio apartment adjacent to an old French farmhouse on a one acre site on the edge of a quiet village in the South Vendee. The studio has a double bed with a bed setee. A cot and high chair can be provided at no extra charge. Jane can cook an evening meal by arrangement and John offers Massage and Reiki therapies all within a friendly family atmosphere; our family now consists of the chickens, 2 cats and an old dog called Geronimo

On the edge of the small village of Petosse steeped in history with ancient caves under the Church where locals hid through the ages. You can relax in the garden with views over the rural landscape, visit the beaches, forest and lakes or sit in the cafes of the market town of Fontenay le Comte.  Perhaps wander through the diverse Saturday Market and enjoy the friendly gentle bustle that goes with rural France.

The nearest village (4km) has a Post office, Bread shop, pharmacy, small supermarket and Bank.

If you enjoy the seaside there is a choice of lovely beaches 45 mins by car, La Rochelle the well known sailing port is under an hour away, so too is the beautiful town of Niort.
