Principle room with sofa-bed, two easy chairs, dining table & chairs, TV/DVD (French stations), DC/radio,Cassette player, a small collection of books, DVD's & games.  Sliding, glazed doors open onto the secluded, sunny, south-facing balcony with table and chairs for outside dining.   Sparate kitchen with two ring hob, fridge, 'combi' microwave/grill/oven, coffee maker and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware.  A glazed door gives direct access onto the balcony.  Bathroom with bath and shower over, washhand basin.  Separate toilet.  A storeroom in the basement houses bicycles for our guest to use to explore the area.
