Rental Conditions: Rental conditions : Rental period: Flexible rentals out of season. Mid/high season - change over day is Saturday unless requested. Properties are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, and must be vaccated by 10:00 am on the date of departure. A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with balance due 12 weeks prior to rental. All linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Guests must supply their own swimming towels. A cleaning service is provided twice a week. Payment is accepted by cheque or bankers draft, please note credit and debit cards are not accepted.
