Rental Conditions: Rental period is fully flexible. Changeover day is Saturday in mid and high season. Guests are required to arrive no earlier than 4.00 pm and depart by 10.00 am. All bed linen and towels are supplied and changed weekly. Guests must supply their own swimming towels. Rental period: Flexible rentals out of season. Mid/high season - change over day is Saturday unless requested. Properties are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, and must be vaccated by 10:00 am on the date of departure. A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with balance due 12 weeks prior to rental. All linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Guests must supply their own swimming towels. A cleaning service is provided twice a week. Payment is accepted by cheque or bankers draft, please note credit and debit cards are not accepted.
