Our Three Bed roomed Gite over looking Vineyards is a lovely barn conversion with exposed stonework and oak beams that shares a quiet two acre setting with the owners home and one other two bedroomed gite.

With a lovely quiet aspect La Paumerie is a comfortable  Gite with large lounge & very well equipped kitchen. It  has UK Satellite, Dvd & CD player along with Widescreen TV.

The Kitchen is fully fitted with oven & separate hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, washing machine & fridge/freezer .

There is one double & two single bed rooms, each with wardrobe & drawers all with views across countryside.

The lounge has lovely views out through the French windows onto the gardens and beyond to the Vineyards.

Shower/wc. Electric radiators. Plenty of privacy with own patio (furniture, bbq, loungers).

Outside there is a pleasant patio area, table & chairs for dining Al fresco, along with a barbecue, parasol & sunloungers.

The Pool  is 10.3m x 4.75m and 1.1m to 1.7m deep with 'Celtic steps'. Alarmed, and shared with our other holiday home (Max 4). Open end of May to end of Sept.

 

The Village of Tesson is just 1.5kms away with a good restaurant, Post Office, mini Market and a  Boulangerie. A great base for the many beaches, Saintes, Royan, Cognac & also within an hour of Bordeaux.

 

La Paumerie is approximately 1.5kms outside of Tesson. On the Google map go SW on Rue Jules Ferry until you pass Rue de la Barriere on your right. The first driveway after this on the left is the entrance into La Paumerie.
