Samacoitsea, near Biarritz, is our latest luxury development that opened in June 2006. It consists of 3 beautiful, old, wooden beamed buildings that have been completely renovated by local artisans, using natural materials and supervised by an award winning architect. There are 9 apartments, all very spacious and light, for between 2 and 6 people. There is a 16m x 8m swimming pool, children´s playground and the views over the surrounding countryside and the mountains are superb! Samacoitsea is situated just outside the village of Arraute Charritte, approx. 30mins from Biarritz.
The accomodation of 9 spacious apartments is split over two buildings. Each apartment has its own terrace or private balcony, big enough to comfortably eat outisde. We have specifically designed the apartments to be extremely generous in size and many feature two bathrooms. There are great views from the property over the surrounding countryside towards the Pyrénées.
