The house offers spacious accomodation with 125 sq m2 (400 sq ft) of living space. It is divided in a separate kitchen, lounge diner, 3 double bedrooms, ensuite to master, big family bathroom and a garage.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with all white goods including a microvave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine to enjoy Café Latte! It has a nice pine farmhouse table and 6 chairs.

The Lounge diner is very pleasant, relaxing and spacious (35 sq m2):
It is divided into a lounge area with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and a Stereo. The dining area consists in a lovely solid oak table and 6 chairs giving the room a wonderfully cosy and warm atmosphere. This room has 2 double French doors opening onto the garden with unsploilt views of the countryside of fields and woodlands.

The main bedroom has a king size bed; a large ensuite shower room and storage. The second bedroom has a double bed and a large double wardrobe. The third bedroom consists of 2 sets of bunk beds and a travel cot. It also has a double wardrobe. All bedroom are equipped with brand new mattresses for the comfort of our visitors.

Garage:
The house benefits from an integral garage leading onto the entrance hall. Visitors can make full use of the washing machine installed in the garage.

Garden:
The house sits on 2 000 sq metres of land and therefore offers great outdoor facilities. It is flat and safe hence child's friendly.
