The land falls away towards Grasse le Plan to the south and steeply to the north to the top of the hill (approx 300 feet above) 0.4 miles from Grasse. The Loup Valley is 1 - 2 miles away with the beautiful Loup Gorge, and villages Bar sur Loup, Tourettes sur Loup are close by.

Gourdon with its unbelievable views is 3 miles away and the ever popular Valbonne is less than 8 miles. The country side is a mixture of Mountains, valleys, medieval villages, water falls, and rivers and is heavily populated with olive trees and forests. To the south the mountains run to the sea. The area is serviced by superb golf courses. Motorists are used to cyclists as the French enjoy their national sport here and throughout this beautiful region.
