The property is accessed via a large iron gate covered with wisteria. The foyer leads you to the large living room on the right, to the bedroom & bathroom on the left; straight ahead leads to the private office, guest’s bathroom & toilet, dining room & where the single bed is located & to the kitchen.

Before 1850 only the section comprised between Rue du BAC & the boulevard des Invalides was known as rue de Varenne. The section between la rue du Bac & rue de la Chaise was known as rue de la Planche. Rue de la Planche was added to rue de Varenne on the 8th of January 1850.

Opened at the start of the XVIIth century, rue de Varenne was first called rue du Plessis then rue de la Garenne & finally rue de Varenne. For a minimum of 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 25%.

Above a week’s stay, we invoice the extra days on a all inclusive weekly prorate.
