Formerly a carriage house for the wealthy families who used to live in this part of town, the horses were kept downstairs and their keepers lived upstairs. It was totally remodelled into this beautiful, charming and very large studio apartment.

    The utmost care was taken by the interior decorator who retained the feeling of a large room that could possibly be found in a residence in a Provincial town anywhere in France.

The mixture of French and Chinese Antiques with the addition of contemporary pieces gives Villa Spontini a real touch of class.

Climbing the steps one first arrives on a landing taking you through a short corridor with the first door leading you to the separated toilet, the second door to the large fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine and plentiful glasses, dishware, silverware, pots and pans. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and a large, tiled counter.

One then enters the living room with the dining table, a sofa, a few armchairs and separated from the living room by a mesh wall is the king size bed with furniture wish space store an ample set of clothing. There's also a wardrobe to hang coats and clothes.

    The neighbourhood offers everything one could wish for: food shops, an open street food market, clothing shops, shoe shops, a Haagen Dazs ice cream parlour, Starbucks Coffee, restaurants, cafés, and galleries to name but a few of the attractions in the area.

    On an all inclusive weekly basis Villa Spontini rents for 800.00 €.

On a daily basis and for 5 to 6 days minimum Villa Spontini rents on a weekly pro-rata basis. For a minimum of 3 days we invoice on a pro-rata basis + 25%.
