Rental Conditions: Please contact us to discuss your requirements, for example longer term rentals are possible. We require 20% of the total booking fee to secure the booking. We will provide you with our bank information (UK GBP or French EURO) or Pay Pal details at the time of the booking. A security deposit is required together with the final balance. It will be returned to you within 10 working days after the end of the rental period. Check out time is usually 11am and check in is usually after 3pm. These times may be flexible depending on other bookings at the beginning and end of your stay but luggage storage can be arranged for any arrival or departure time. Upon arrival in Nice a local contact will meet you at the apartment to hand it over, explain any relevant points and answer any questions.
