'Courtyard Cottage.’ Sleeps 2. Baby kit or Childrens bunk beds  avaiable . Is on ground level, with 1 Large bedroom, king size bed,   en-suite shower room. A living room, incorporating fully equipped corner kitchen.  TV,  Video & CD player.  Large fireplace with wood burning stove.  

Outside for all guests to use are a laundry room, patio, BBQ and 5m circular splash pool. Prices include all bedding and towels. A small supplement is charged for heating, linen for cot & bunk beds, and use of washing machine.

A breakfast hamper is provided for your first morning, & we invite you to join us for a welcome bbq/evening meal on your arrival.
