Lovely spacious Mobile Home for rent in the beautiful countryside of  the Lot et Garonne

  Situated in a tranquil and peaceful setting in the heart of the French countryside - just the place to relax and unwind.

Our mobile home is situated on a corner plot and has a very comfortable large open plan living/dining/kitchen area.

There are 2 separate bedrooms, 1 double with fitted wardrobes, overhead storage and bedside tables and 1 single with fitted wardrobe and overhead storage. The dining area which can seat 6 people round the table can be made up into a double bed if required.

In the kitchen there is a 4 burner gas hob, electric oven/grill, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. All sockets are British, so no need to carry adaptors for your personal appliances.

In the bathroom there is a fitted shower and shaver socket. 

 

The mobile home also comes equipped with satellite television, radio, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils duvets & pillows. You need to supply your own sheets, pillowcases & towels.  There is a linen hire service on site.  Please reserve when booking your holiday.

There is a laundry room on site with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

 There is a complimentary  pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water and of course a bottle of french wine on arrival.

There is a large table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol outside the home and of course not forgetting the all important BBQ. 

There are no hidden extras to pay gas, water electricity and local tax are all included in the  rental charges.

 For those arriving at a late hour  we can do a small food shop for you at a small extra charge.

All properties on the site are privately owned therefore everything is well taken care of.

The friendly and very helpful English site owners are always on hand to answer any questions, or sort out any difficulties.

There are restaurant and bar facilities on site and during the summer period the owners provide a variety of entertainment on most evenings.

The site also has a magnificent large swimming pool, for those who like to combine some gentle exercise with relaxation on one of the many comfortable sunloungers provided at the pool. Also on site is a children's play area, boules area and table tennis.  Very safe park for children.

Local Area

 From quaint villages to chateaux, beautiful lakes to vinyards, combined with magnificent scenery, this area really has it all. Horse riding, golf, canoeing and other activities, too numerous to mention, are all available in the vicinity.

 There are two villages within a 10mns. drive one of which has a highly recommended restaurant and a canoeing lake.

 Approx. 20mns drive is the beautiful market town of Miramont de Guyenne, the market for all your fresh produce is held on a Monday  morning and in July and August there is a night market with outdoor entertainment and various stalls to sample the local delicacies.

Within walking distance of Miramont de Guyenne there is a lake where you can fish, there is also tennis courts, football pitch and a restaurant.  Great place for a picnic.

 

Bergerac airport  has budget airlines and is only a 35 minutes drive away and Bordeaux is approximately 1hr 30 minutes from the site.

Conditions de location: Prices are for one weeks hire, two people occupying the home. There is a supplement of 10.00GBP per week for each additional adult, 7.00GBP per week for each child. The total cost of the holiday must be paid in full 6 weeks before the holiday starts with a deposit of 30% payable on booking. We reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit in the event of cancellation. There is also a 100 euro deposit taken on arrival for any unforseen breakages or damage. It is the responsibility of the renter to clean the home before departure or for an extra 25euros we can clean the home for you.
