There are four gîtes. Gîte du Manoir (110 m2), which can accommodate up to 7 persons, combines a traditional, rustic appeal with more than a hint of luxury. Gîte de la Piscine (105 m2) can also accomodate up to 7 persons. It is a luxury gîte incorporating two spacious bedrooms. Gîte du Pigeonnier (55 m2), accommodating up to 4 persons, is a charming gîte full of character, situated in a quiet and secluded part of the estate, yet close to all amenities. Gîte du Jardin (40 m2) is a delightful, cosy gîte conveniently situated close to the swimming pool, and accommodating up to 3 persons. All gîtes have comfortable and well furnished lounge areas with satellite TV, DVD, CD and video cassette player. The bedrooms are all very comfortably appointed and have attractive wooden/parquet flooring. Those of Gîte du Manoir and Gîte de la Piscine are entirely independent with en suite bathrooms and WC's. All gîte bathrooms have tiled shower areas (those of Gîte de la Piscine also feature baths), sink unit and hairdryer. Guests are provided with bed linen, towels and complimentary toiletries.The gîte kitchens are modern and very well equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. Gîte du Manoir has a farmhouse dining table and benches. The others have stylish and functional American Bars with bar stools. Each gîte has an outdoor dining area complete with garden furniture and BBQHigh quality facilities within the beautiful three hectare park include 17m swimming pool, well equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis, badminton, table tennis, trampoline, basketball, fishing lake, licensed bar and plentiful private parking.Domaine de Forest has been awarded the highest (4 épis) classification by Gîtes de France. WiFi Internet access is available throughout the site. The adjoining Golf de la Porcelaine offers a green fee reduction of 20% to all our guests. We are situated less than 10 minutes from Limoges and only 20 minutes from Limoges International Airport with flights from London Stansted, East Midlands, Liverpool, Newcastle, Southampton and Manchester. Only five minutes from the A20 motorway, we are an ideal stopover for those travelling to Spain and beyond.Domaine de Forest is well located for guests to take full advantage of the enormous variety of local attractions of wide appeal within the Limousin region. Conditions de location: The prices are per gîte per week for up to the maximum number of persons indicated in the descriptions. The prices include electricity, heating and water charges, except during the Low Season when there is an additional charge. A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation price is required to confirm the booking. The balance of the total accommodation price is payable no later than 30 days prior to the commencement date of the stay. A security deposit of 300 € is payable at the commencement of the rental.
