This apartment is located on the first floor (US second floor) of a small apartment building in one of Paris' most charming and up and coming districts. This well designed apartment has a layout that offers 115 sqm, roughly 1050 sqft, of space.

Entry to the apartment is via a charming foyer. Directly to your left upon entering the apartment, the corridor leads you past the full bathroom and then on to the kitchen and the large living/dining room with four large windows.

Across from the entrance is the second bedroom with a queen size bed and two windows. Directly to your right is the office/den/TV room with a large desk. Most of the time the owners leave one computer for guest use. This room also has two large windows and a comfortable double sofa-bed.

The next room is the main bedroom which has a queen size bed and a very large bathroom with a walk in shower and two large windows. Both bedrooms face onto rue Blainville which is a very narrow and thus quiet street.

Please note that the apartment building does not have a lift.

Latin Quarter overlooks the famous Place de la Contrescarpe and is located between Descartes and Mouffetard streets, the latter of which has one of the largest open markets in all of Paris.

Fishmongers, butchers, delicatessen, fresh vegetables, fruit stands, bakeries with piping hot croissants, breads, baguettes, as well as numerous cafés and restaurants, are but a few of the things that this magic area has to offer.

On the map below, to the right of Latin Quarter is the Jardin des Plantes, a large park with the fantastic Paris Natural Museum. Beyond this is the Seine river and slightly further away, Cathédrale Notre Dame.

As you can see from the map there are numerous metro/subway stations nearby. Cardinal Lemoine and Place Monge are the two closest stations.

Above and to the left of the apartment on the map below is Pantheon building where very well-known and illustrious Frenchmen are buried, such as Voltaire, Jean Jacques Rousseau, Victor Hugo, Emile Zola, André Malraux and Alexandre Dumas

Pass the Pantheon and still to the left one reaches the Jardin du Luxembourg which is home to the French Senate building. The park also has a wonderful playground for youngsters and an extraordinary running path of 2km in length. There's also a large fountain/pond where the old and young play with miniature boats, and relax on benches and chairs enjoying the park's wonderful, quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

On a weekly basis Latin Quarter rents for 2,200.00 € all inclusive.

On a daily basis and for a minimum of 5 days Latin Quarter rents on a pro-rata basis.

For a minimum stay of 3 to 4 days Latin Quarter rents on a weekly prorate + 35%.
