Hunters Croft is set in its own private gardens, with swimming pool and covered patio with BBQ.

The Croft has shared use (with Hunters Lodge) of 17 acres including a well stocked fishing lake with carp up to 20lbs, tennis court, table tennis, pitch and putt , children’s play area and plenty of space for football or cricket.

Completely refurnished in 2008 the Croft accommodates five people in real comfort. The lounge has wooden beams, a large LCD TV with English satellite channels, DVD, a large dining table and a wood-burning stove.

The newly equipped kitchen has a microwave, toaster, gas cooker, fridge and washing machine.

Bedroom One has an ensuite Bathroom with shower, three single beds and full length French windows overlooking the private garden. Bedroom Two has a double bed and ensuite shower room.

Hunters Croft is in the small hamlet of Le Claray, 4km from the pretty village of Saint Aubin des Chateaux. Saint Aubin has a bakers, bar, Post Office and mini market. The historical town of Chateaubriant is 15 minutes drive away and has a wide range of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The major cities of Nates and Rennes are both around 45 minutes. 

Hunters Croft will sleep up to 5 people, Upstairs: 3 single bedded bedroom, family bathroom with shower over bath.  Downstairs  there is another double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with wood burning stove, sat TV with DVD player, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, and utensils etc.  Outside enclosed private garden and patio area with bar-b-que, table and chairs leading to own private swimming pool.  Bed linen, gas and electricity included.
