La Sigonniere is a hamlet located 800 metres from the village of Maché, close to a lake of 170 hectares,  

6 km from Aizenay and 20 km to the sandy beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie. 

We speak English fluently so can help with any questions during your stay and offer information on the local areas.

Quiet surroundings where you can enjoy canoeing, fishing nearby and several Golf courses within one hour driving..

A heated pool 8 x 4 metre and 1.50 m. deep for your sole use. It is semi-ingrounded for the safety of our young guests.

Convenient location for visiting the Sunny Vendee, some Chateaux de la Loire, Futuroscope and walking or cycling along sandy beaches.

The gite has been awarded 3 stars ( excellent comfort ) by Prefecture de la Vendee

Conditions de location: The rental starts on the Saturday at 16 h00 and finishes the following Saturday at 10 h 00. We rent mostly on a weekly basis, but we can be flexible to your particular needs outside half term holidays in France and peak season. Bedding provided. Cleaning products ( dish and washing machines) provided You can ask for a cot if needed, a high chair is provided too.
